  • Floor slab from 89 sq.m (for middle houses) to 93 sq.m (for corner houses);
  • Private green areas of 60 sq.m up to 380 sq.m .;
  • Number of bedrooms – 3;
  • Two parking spaces in front of the house;

 

Twin houses:

 

  • Area of 328.99 sq.m, incl. underground level with storage area and garage;
  • Attic floor with an additional usable area – 46 sq.m or 64 sq.m .;
  • Floor slab – 107 sq.m .;
  • Private green areas of 90 sq.m up to 390 sq.m .;
  • Number of bedrooms – 4;
  • Two parking spaces in front of the house and an underground garage for up to 4 cars;

 

Single-family houses:

 

  • Usable area of 488 sq.m, incl. storage area and garage;
  • Attic with an additional usable area of about 100 sq.m;
  • Floor slab – 161 sq.m;
  • Green areas for personal use from 500 to 600 sq.m;
  • Number of bedrooms – 3, with a possibility for 4;
  • Two parking spaces in front of the house + garage for 3 cars;
  • Provided in stage two and three. For the first phase, it is rather a “custom-built” solution, and it is necessary to discuss in detail, and only when we set specific parameters can we can make our estimation and send and individual offer.
